Brainstorming Evening
We had an amazingly large turnout for our Brainstorming Evening to discuss the future of Liphook in Bloom. In fact we had so many attending that we had people standing at the back as we’d filled all the seats.
After an introduction by Irene Ellis, Paul Johnson gave a presentation on the background to Liphook in Bloom as well as describing what responsibilities we needed post-2017 if the village was to continue to benefit from the annual flower displays.
Following Paul’s pitch we had some really interesting discussion and observations from the floor which brought some refreshing new ideas of things to consider in many aspects of our activities.
Even better, we had quite a number of people put their names down as possibilities for future roles.
More details will follow regarding the activities we are looking for people to cover.
Our sincere thanks go to the people of Liphook for their generous response to help us secure our future.
